2021 Loverman Shiraz
2021 Loverman Shiraz
Classic Adelaide Hills Shiraz from a great year. The grapes had a natural power and intensity that really didn't need to be worked hard to get a fairly assertive and structured Shiraz from the Hills. The long ripening season of 2021 allowed these grapes to develop beautiful phenolic ripeness without excessive shrivel or loss of natural acidity. The result is a structured wine that will stand up for the next decade, while having enough up front fruit and natural softness to be enjoyed now.
